From 00:00 on the 14th of February minors from 12 and under 18 years of age in the UK will no longer need to have the complete vaccination schedule to enter Spain.
They can also present a negative PCR test carried out 72 hours before arrival.
The President of the Canary Islands has welcomed the move. The islands had seen significant cancellations over Christmas from UK families who were unable to complete the vaccination process for their children.
In addition, as of this Friday, February 11, travellers vaccinated with the complete schedule will not have to undergo any tests upon their return to the United Kingdom.
