Hotel bookings made on the TravelgateX reservation system last week 26th Apr to 02nd May.
Hotel reservations for the Canary Islands have improved in the last week but are still down 53% on the same week in 2019 levels.
Bookings increased over 450% on the same week in 2020, but the Islands were in lockdown then.
Spain is still not accepting entry to non-EU countries until at least the 31st of May. This is affecting bookings.
Andalucía had the lowest decrease v 2019 at -29%.
