The Spanish institute for national statistics has published the house price index for the first quarter of 2022.
Prices were 2.6% higher than in the previous quarter.
The Canaria Islands saw the biggest quarterly increase in Spain at 4.4%.
Annually house prices are up by 8.5% nationally and 10.9% in the Canaries.
