Covid travel restrictions Spain.

Spain has extended Covid requirements for entry for non-EU/Schengen countries. 

 

The extension is until the 15th of September when it will be reviewed again. 

 

EU/Schengen countries can enter Spain without any Covid restrictions. 

PASSENGERS FROM COUNTRIES THAT BELONG TO THE EUROPEAN UNION OR SCHENGEN-ASSOCIATED COUNTRIES.

Passengers arriving in Spain by AIR OR SEA from the below countries will NOT be required to present the SpTH health control form or a COVID-19 certificate.

PASSENGERS FROM COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT BELONG TO THE EUROPEAN UNION OR ARE NOT CONSIDERED AS ASSOCIATED COUNTRIES WITH SCHENGEN.

 

Passengers arriving in Spain  (except children under the age of 12 and passengers in international transit) from countries that DO NOT belong to the European Union or are NOT considered Schengen-associated countries, must have one of these documents:

  • DIGITAL COVID CERTIFICATE OR EU EQUIVALENT  vaccination against COVID-19.  the certificate will be valid from 14 days after the administration of the last dose of the complete vaccination schedule and will be valid up to 270 days from the administration of this last doseThere is no time limit on a booster jab and it will be valid for travel. 

  • A negative certificate of an active infection diagnostic test. A PCR test done no less than 72 hours before arrival or an Antigen test done no les than 24 hours prior to arrival. 

  • An offical  certificate of recovery after passing the disease.
